AFU was founded by college graduates Fredrik and Pernilla Sävestrand. We both have a long college experience from two different schools and understand the value of receiving help on the way to college. We both have business degrees and valuable experience in service.

Through the total of ten years we have been in college, we have been fortunate to meet plenty of coaches, good and bad. We have collected the best coaches at our company and for you. Having Fredrik living in the USA makes us a company which can help our customers wherever they are. Having one person on each side of the

AFU was founded by college graduates Fredrik and Pernilla Sävestrand. Both Fredrik and Pernilla went over to the US on athletic scholarships.

Pernilla went over on a track/cross country scholarship to University of South Florida and graduated with a bachelor in business management. Following graduation she had one year left of eligibility and got a track/cross country scholarship to University of Texas San Antonio where she got her master in business administration. Pernilla now lives in Sweden working as a management consultant and for AFU in Sweden.

Fredrik went over to Rocky Mountain College on a golf scholarship, after his sophomore year he transferred to Chaminade University of Honolulu and recently graduated with a degree in business management. Fredrik is now holds a business job in the US in addition to working for AFU in the States.

AFU’s founders and agents have firsthand experience from athletics at American colleges and have graduated in the past few years. AFU has a wide network of schools, where we have built personal relationships with all coaches. Having people on site in Europe and in the US makes it easier making the perfect match for you and availability in the planning and execution of your experience.

AFU provides scholarship services between European athletes and US Colleges. AFU guides our client on a unique journey from a European high school, all the way to the first day of college. AFU’s goal is to leave every client with a smile on their face and a signed letter of intent in their hand
